To expedite the TEEX registration process and to omit spelling
errors on certificates, please
complete the online TEEX registration form. Enter the appropriate information
(do not fill out the
class selections - you will receive further instructions upon arrival at
registration). Print, sign &
date, and bring the completed form to the course/school you are attending.
